Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ti-GO. This Shipping Policy sets out how and when we dispatch orders placed at www.tigobikes.com. It is operated by Ti-GO Sports Limited ("Ti-GO", "we", "us", "our").

Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch quickly. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. **UK orders over £80 qualify for free standard delivery.**

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail. At checkout you can choose between:

- **Standard delivery** — estimated 2–4 business days from dispatch.
- **Express delivery** — estimated 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where a tracked service is used.

International Shipping

While we focus on UK delivery, we are able to ship to selected international destinations. International orders are sent via Royal Mail and handed to local carriers in the destination country. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing. Where international shipping is available for your order, the rates will be shown at checkout; if your destination is not shown, please contact us at ride@tigobikes.com.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or VAT, and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by the destination country's authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are outside our control. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

Delays, Lost, or Undelivered Orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, local carriers, or customs once an order has left us, but we will always help you track down a delayed parcel.

If your order does not arrive, please contact us. Where an order is lost in transit before it reaches you, we will resend it or refund you — until your order is delivered to you, it remains our responsibility.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, and a redelivery may incur an additional charge.
