Kids Body Armour – Short Sleeve

Made for young riders who like to push it – from the pump track and skatepark to MTB trails and kids' motocross. Our RIDE-SHIELD Short Sleeve Body Armour puts padding where young riders tend to land, with short sleeves for warmer days and full freedom of movement.

RIDE-SHIELD padding covers the shoulders, upper arms, chest, ribs and back, in a lightweight, breathable zip-up top. Wear it on its own or layered under a jersey – and it's machine washable for the muddy days.

Width is measured flat across the chest; length from the top of the shoulder to the hem. How to check: lay a top that fits your child well flat and compare it with the table. Body armour should sit close to the body so the padding stays in place.

Protection reduces the risk of injury but cannot prevent all injuries. Always ride with a correctly fitted helmet.

An absolute essential

Having just returned form the alps where our girls wore the previous version of this body protection we can 💯 say that it has saved a lot of potential injures! Both very comfortable in it and it’s an absolute staple in their biking wardrobe. It gives them and us reassurance as we hit the trails.
