Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Always size from a measurement rather than age alone - age is just a guide. Use a soft tape measure and match the measurement to the charts below. Pads and gloves are sold as a pair, and in our knee & elbow bundles you can choose each size separately.
My child is between sizes - which should I pick?
For gloves and clothing, go up a size for growing room. For knee and elbow pads, a snug fit keeps them in place, so pick the size their measurement falls in. Wrong size? Swapping is easy through our returns portal within 30 days.
Gloves (Tech, BMX, MTB, Winter and Totes Warm gloves)
Hand width = across the widest part of the palm. Hand length = from the wrist crease to the tip of the middle finger.

Protection
Are your pads CE-tested?
Our RideAwesome MTB Knee and Elbow Pads and our Youth Tech Knee and Elbow Pads have a protective pad that is CE-tested to EN 1621-1, Level 2. Our Kids Tech Super Soft Knee and Elbow Pads for younger riders are designed for comfort and to help prevent scrapes and grazes - they are not CE-tested.
Which pads should I choose?
For balance bikes, scooters and first rides, our Kids Tech Super Soft pads are light and comfy. For trail riding, pump tracks and older kids building speed, choose the RideAwesome MTB or Youth Tech pads with the CE-tested protective pad. Our bundles save money against buying knee and elbow pads separately.
Are the "Carbon" gloves made of carbon fibre?
No - they use a carbon-fibre look fabric made from recycled material, with our PAW-GRIP palm for grip on the bars.
Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes - UK orders over £80 qualify for free standard delivery.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. We ship with Royal Mail: Standard delivery is about 2-4 business days from dispatch and Express about 1-2 business days. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We ship to selected international destinations - available rates are shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Shipping Policy
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes - we accept returns and exchanges for 30 days from delivery. Start through our online returns portal. Exchanges are the easiest option if you need a different size. Items must be clean and not worn beyond trying on for fit.
Who pays for return postage?
For a change of mind, you pay return postage - use any courier or buy a prepaid label in the returns portal. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover return postage and you can choose a refund or replacement.
When will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method (or store credit if you prefer). Refund & Returns Policy
Care
How do I wash my Ti-GO gear?
Machine wash at 30 degrees and air dry. Please do not put any protection pads in the tumble dryer. The Vis-Max jacket is not machine washable.
