Kids Body Armour – 'Dragon Scales' Chest & Back Protector

Our 'Dragon Scales' Kids Body Armour is made for young riders taking on bigger jumps and faster trails – kids' motocross, MTB, electric balance bikes and the skatepark.

Two strong, multi-layer foam plates absorb impact across the chest and back, with curved shoulder protectors to guard the tops of the arms. Hook-and-loop fastening runs all the way around, so you can adjust it for a close, secure fit – and it's lightweight and breathable enough for long sessions.

How to check: measure around your child's chest over a T-shirt and choose the size whose max chest measurement is larger. Body armour should sit close to the body so the plates stay in place.

Protection reduces the risk of injury but cannot prevent all injuries. Always ride with a correctly fitted helmet.

Dragon or armadillo, either way he is happy to wear it and gives him so much protection

It’s so hard to know what to buy when it comes to kids and protection. This armour was absolutely the right decision. Not only does my son think he’s an armadillo wearing it, he is also so well protected. He’s taken a few tumbles since having this armour and it stays in position.
